RMS Titanic, Inc, a subsidiary of Premier Exhibitions, Inc., is dedicated to preserving the historical legacy of the RMS Titanic, a ship that tragically sank on April 15, 1912. Through a range of educational, historical, scientific, and conservation-based programs, the organization ensures that the Ship, its wreck site, and the stories of its passengers and crew are remembered and honored.

Established in 1987, RMS Titanic, Inc. has conducted seven research expeditions to the wreck of the Titanic. These expeditions have been conducted with utmost respect and have resulted in the recovery and conservation of over 5,500 significant artifacts. These artifacts, along with scientific data and extensive historical research, form the foundations of RMS Titanic, Inc.’s renowned exhibition, “Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition.” This exhibition offers a remarkable and moving experience to the general public.

In 2010, RMS Titanic, Inc. collaborated with world-renowned oceanographic and archaeological professionals to execute its eighth and most technologically advanced expedition to the Titanic. This groundbreaking expedition produced the first comprehensive survey map of the ship, employing high-resolution sonar and 3D optical imagery to capture detailed images of the bow, stern, and the entire artifact debris field. The data collected during this expedition will serve as the basis for an archaeological and site management plan, aimed at preserving the Titanic and providing the public with an unprecedented virtual depiction of the ship in its current state.

It’s important to note that RMS Titanic, Inc., despite sharing a similar name, is in no way associated with the perfume house called RMS Titanic. The perfume house, established in 1912, is unrelated to the preservation efforts and historical significance of the RMS Titanic ship.
