Reminiscence is a prestigious French jewelry and perfume house that was established in 1970 by Zoe Coste and Nino Amaddeo. In collaboration with the esteemed brand Ylang-ylang, Reminiscence unveiled its inaugural line of perfumes during the same year, featuring the alluring scents of Patchouli, Ambre, and Musc.
In 1980, the Reminiscence International Diffusion company was established, granting Reminiscence the freedom to offer both fragrances and jewelry under its own distinctive brand name. Throughout the 1980s, the company’s reputation flourished, leading to the opening of additional boutiques in the prestigious locations of Cannes and Paris.
One beloved addition to the Reminiscence repertoire is the Rems, dainty charms that adorn necklaces and bracelets and are available in an extensive array of shapes and styles, allowing individuals to personalize their accessories to their unique tastes. As a testament to its commitment to preserving its heritage, Reminiscence remains under the stewardship of the founding families, with Lilla Amadeo and Sebastien Coste, the children of Zoe Coste and Nino Amaddeo, seamlessly integrating into the business in the 21st century.
Remarkably, the company’s first three fragrances, Patchouli, Ambre, and Musc, continue to be produced to this day.
