The Raw Spirit brand is the result of an extraordinary journey initiated by Australian photographer Russell James through his collaborative art project, Nomad Two Worlds. Inspired by the captivating energy, indomitable spirit, and profound connection to nature observed during collaborations with some of the world’s most ancient and marginalized communities, Raw Spirit encapsulates the essence of these remarkable experiences.
Raw Spirit actively engages with indigenous and marginalized communities, either directly or through strategic partnerships, to ethically and sustainably source rare and distinctive natural ingredients for their fragrances. By doing so, they not only create exceptionally high-quality luxury fragrances that evoke awe and allure, but also foster economic opportunities for the communities involved. With a range of nine distinct perfumes currently in its fragrance base, Raw Spirit Fragrances has firmly established itself as a new and innovative fragrance brand.
