Magno Gaudio is an olfactory workshop called Officina Olfattiva, where I personally handle and craft perfumes from their inception. Located in Florence, this laboratory embodies the spirit of an Oltrarno craftsman, as I meticulously create fragrances using both my hands and my intellect, pouring my heart into every scent. Inspired by the exhilarating speed of a bicycle that cuts through the wind, I strive to evoke emotions and immediate memories through the essence of each fragrance. Drawing from the power of nature and its contrasting seasons, I aim to ignite the senses and enhance the olfactory experience.

As I pedal along coastal paths and traverse challenging terrains, I encounter a range of emotional states akin to the ever-changing seasons. In this journey, I find solace and satisfaction in my Magno Gaudio, ultimately envisioning the joy of sharing my profound emotions with others. From a passionate concept that takes shape, I meticulously select and translate the finest raw materials, transforming them into personalized fragrances. This awakening of memories then transcends into the happiness of those who wear my creations. Ultimately, this is the most cherished gift I can offer: the ability to evoke emotions and create blissful connections through scent.

Magno Gaudio represents freedom and elation, emotions that mirror the joy I feel during the formulation process. Derived from Latin, Magno Gaudio refers to an intense joy, encapsulated within a timeless perfume bottle design. For me, Magno Gaudio is the embodiment of my greatest delight, transforming emotions into a tangible life story from the birth of an idea to the creation of a fragrance. This sentiment is closely tied to the “magnolia” accord, which is intentionally present in two of the perfumes within my “Extrait de Parfum” collection.

In selecting my workshop’s location, I intentionally chose the heart of the Florentine Oltrarno, opting for Via Maggio, one of the city’s most elegant streets known for its association with antique dealers. Just like the essence of perfumery, this street carries its own antique fragrance. Inside my shop, the furnishings reflect a time spanning from the 1920s to the 1940s, encompassing both the Art Deco and post-Deco periods. Even in these intricate details, one can find traces of my personal story, experiences, and unique taste.
