The Kharkov Perfume Factory, also known as “Харьковская парфюмерно-косметическая фабрика” in Russian, has recently undergone a rebranding and is now called “Effect”. Established back in the 1920s, this factory initially operated as a small soap manufacturer under the name “Трудовой химик,” before being subsequently renamed as Kharkov Perfume & Cosmetics Factory № 2, or “ТЭЖЭ”.
With a long-standing history, the designer Kharkov Perfume Factory boasts an impressive collection of 15 perfumes in our fragrance base, all of which were launched in 1965. Our dedicated team of designers has carefully crafted each scent, ensuring a uniquely captivating olfactory experience.
