Jul et Mad Paris is an emerging fragrance brand founded by the creative duo Julien Blanchard and Madalina Stoica-Blanchard. Their journey, both as partners and as entrepreneurs, began with a serendipitous encounter at a charming café in the heart of Paris. Madalina Stoïca, an accomplished graduate of New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology hailing from Romania, found herself in the City of Love on a visit. Julian Blanchard, a well-traveled scholar and entrepreneur, happened to be in the right place at the right time. Their fateful meeting on the café terrace became the catalyst for an extraordinary love story and the birth of a remarkable perfume line.
