Although Ms. Lauder passed away in 2004, the company continues to be a family-owned business. Her sons Leonard and Ronald hold key leadership positions, with her grandson William serving as the Executive Chairman. Additionally, her granddaughters Aerin and Jane are actively involved in the company’s success. Aerin holds the role of Senior Vice President and Creative Director for the Estée Lauder brand, while Jane serves as Global President and Manager for two of the company’s brands, Origins and Ojon. This family legacy and commitment to excellence are integral to Estée Lauder Companies Inc.’s ongoing success.
Estée Lauder, the esteemed perfume house, boasts an impressive collection of 142 perfumes. As one of the pioneering fragrance houses, its oldest creation dates back to 1953, while the newest fragrance was released in 2023.
