Daniel Barros, a Marketing Director in the manufacturing industry based in São Paulo, Brazil, made a bold decision to pursue his childhood passion for fragrances. Despite having a successful career, he chose to leave it behind and venture into the world of perfumery.

In order to professionalize his newfound interest, Daniel dedicated two years to studying perfumery. Armed with knowledge and determination, he took a leap of faith and established his own company, Ego In Vitro. This consultancy service aims to assist individuals in finding the perfect fragrance that aligns with their unique style and personality.

Additionally, Daniel authored two perfume guides, available exclusively on Amazon in Portuguese. These guides cater to both male and female audiences, providing valuable insights and recommendations on selecting the ideal fragrance.

As time passed and Daniel’s expertise grew, he began to realize that a mere advisory role was not enough. Clients, too, encouraged him to create his own line of fragrances. Driven by this feedback, he collaborated with local artisan perfumers and experimented with blending natural and synthetic perfume ingredients.

Initially, Daniel offered a personalized, bespoke service to cater to his discerning clientele. However, in 2016, he took a significant step forward and introduced the Barista Collection – an entire line of fragrances inspired by popular beverages.

As a renowned fragrance brand, Daniel Barros is the brainchild of its namesake designer. The collection comprises a total of fifteen exquisite perfumes, all of which were introduced to the market in 2016. Demonstrating his remarkable versatility and talent, Daniel himself served as the nose behind each carefully crafted fragrance.
