Bortnikoff is a distinguished perfumery brand that was established by Dmitry Bortnikov in 2017. The brand’s journey into the realm of olfactory compositions commenced with Feel-Oud, with great emphasis placed on sourcing exceptional ingredients. The objective was to discover the most rare and unconventional materials to work with, such as Russian Beaver castoreum, wild Vietnamese agarwood butter, authentic white ambergris from the Atlantic sperm whale, white Indonesian Rosa hybrid, and various other secretive formulas passed down through generations.
Moreover, all Bortnikoff perfumes are released in limited editions, not as a mere reflection of trends, but as a testament to the incorporation of 85% to 100% natural components in our fragrances. Each composition is one-of-a-kind, impossible to replicate, and offers a scent that cannot be reproduced. The distinctive aroma of each piece is influenced by factors like the season, precipitation levels, and air temperature during flowering since it is unfeasible to find trees with identical scents or distill them uniformly.
