Robert Bienaimé, an esteemed perfumer renowned for his innate talent and extensive expertise, established his eponymous brand in 1935. With a background in chemistry, he swiftly established himself as one of the most gifted perfumers of his era. Driven by a desire to forge his own path, Bienaimé introduced his own House, giving birth to the iconic brand in its inaugural year.
During its initial year, Robert Bienaimé launched a collection of five captivating fragrances, which included the enchanting scents of Éveil, Fleurs d’Été, La Vie en Fleurs, and Vermeil. Unfortunately, the fragrant journey of the Bienaimé brand was temporarily halted when Robert Bienaimé passed away in 1960. This led to several decades of dormancy for the brand until its triumphant revival in 2021 under the astute leadership of Cécilia Mergui.
Throughout its history, the designer Bienaimé has created a remarkable portfolio consisting of 15 exquisite perfumes. Recognized as an esteemed perfume house, Bienaimé has been crafting exceptional fragrances since its inception in 1935, with the most recent addition released in 2022.
