The visionary behind its inception, the late Suleiman Al-Marshoud, exemplifies an iconic figure in Kuwait and the Gulf, as he introduced the concept of perfumes in the region. His relentless pursuit of excellence led him to journey extensively to India and Southeast Asia, uncovering rare incense derived from thousand-year-old trees. He not only sourced and sold incense and pure oils extracted from plants and flowers but also imparted his knowledge to his sons, teaching them the art of blending oils to create exquisite fragrances and the art of engaging customers in the traditional way.

Following the passing of the late Suleiman Al-Marshoud, his sons dutifully carried on his legacy, seamlessly blending the company’s historical and traditional origins with their forward-thinking vision. This harmonious fusion has propelled the brand to new heights, resulting in the successful expansion of the company with over 56 branches across the Gulf region in the last five years. Moreover, in 2019, Atyab Al-Marshoud opened its first international branch in London, marking an important milestone in its journey.
