Throughout her journey, she has embraced her passion for music by completing her studies at renowned conservatories in the United States and Europe. At the age of 20, she embarked on a transformative expedition to explore the captivating landscapes of the Middle East.

Steeped in adventure and a thirst for knowledge, Miriam traveled alongside Bedouins, traversing the desert oasis of Sinai and the Nile Delta. It was during this time that she found herself captivated by the ancient Semitic civilizations, which left an indelible mark on her soul. In particular, she stumbled upon the enchanting city of Aqaba, nestled in the heart of this cradle of civilization.

Immersing herself in the vibrant culture, Miriam delved into the rich traditions of the Berbers in Marrakech and Fez. She eagerly embraced their ancestral customs, most notably the traditional art of Arabian perfumery. Her time spent in these lands of history and heritage ultimately ignited her creative spirit.

In 1993, Miriam returned to Aqaba, compelled to pay homage to the city that had bewitched her. Months later, her profound appreciation for the roots of Aqaba and the legendary love shared between King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba inspired her to craft a fragrance that seamlessly merged the ancient, traditional, and modern. Thus, Aqaba, a fragrance that transcends time, came to life.

Over three thousand years ago, a resplendent black queen embarked on an arduous sojourn across the Sahara Desert to Jerusalem. Legend has it that she thirsted for truth and wisdom, propelled by her indomitable spirit to meet the wise king. Accompanied by an entourage of attendants and a caravan laden with riches, comprising gold, precious stones, oils, and spices, her voyage bore her across the Red Sea on ships specially commissioned by the Wise King.
