This idea is reflected in the bottle’s concave profile, which elegantly converges with a convex shape to form its cap. The carefully crafted design showcases the harmonious synthesis between the female concave and male convex elements, resembling the celestial crescent moon phases filled with light.
To ensure impeccable quality, the production process of the bottle involves a non-automated system and adheres to high qualitative standards. Each piece is meticulously examined by skilled artisans, who meticulously assess the glass’s distribution, the absence of imperfections, and its overall transparency. Only bottles that meet these rigorous quality standards proceed to the next phase, which involves specialized diamond-tipped tools and hand finishing polish. This meticulous process creates unique and distinct bottles, characterized by their particular light refraction profiles.
The world of Maitre Parfumeur in the early 20th century was shrouded in secrecy and mystique, with closely guarded secrets passed down from generation to generation. I had the privilege of being initiated into this world by my maternal grandfather, Antonio Visconti, who was a master in the field. He taught me the art of blending flowers, spices, woods, and other aromatic materials, explaining that this alchemical transmutation was the only way to create fragrances capable of evoking emotions.
In 2005, I revisited the top 15 fragrances by Antonio Visconti, infusing them with a modern twist. As a new fragrance brand, Antonio Visconti boasts a collection of 30 perfumes, all created by the mastermind himself, Antonio Visconti.
