Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, a renowned and highly regarded fashion designer from Spain, was born in the year 1960. At the young age of 21, in 1981, Agatha presented her inaugural fashion collection in Madrid, which received immense acclaim from both fashion critics and enthusiasts. This successful debut prompted Agatha to establish her first fashion studio in the Spanish capital. Subsequently, her initial collections during the 1980s and early 1990s were showcased in Barcelona.

With an incredible abundance of creativity, Agatha had the opportunity to exhibit her drawings in Madrid, earning her the title of “one of Madrid’s trendy set”. Each of her fashion shows surpassed the previous one in terms of excitement and glamour. As the popularity of her fashion lines soared, Agatha pursued designing footwear and hosiery.

Influenced by her distinctive and imaginative style, Agatha continued expanding her repertoire of products. Today, her brand’s stores offer a myriad of beautifully designed and practical items for women, men, babies, and children, including clothing, handbags, purses, scarves, umbrellas, jewelry, watches, underwear, swimwear, as well as a range of items for the home and kitchen.

In 2000, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada ventured into the perfume industry, incorporating her unique style into the shapes and colors of the perfume bottles. The first fragrance released by the brand, Flor, is a soft floral scent specifically tailored for women. Agua de Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, introduced in 2002, is a refreshing fragrance characterized by citrus notes.

In 2004, the brand launched its first men’s fragrance, Lio, which features aromatic notes and citruses. The subsequent years saw the arrival of Corazon, a gentle fragrance infused with floral and aquatic notes, as well as Imagina, a floral composition, in 2005. In 2007, Beso, a fragrance accentuated by prominent notes of citruses and woods, was introduced. The year 2009 witnessed the unveiling of Oh La La!, a perfume brimming with fruity and gourmand notes. Among various other editions, the special edition Oh La La Al Amor! was launched in 2011.

Notably, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada has an extensive collection of fragrances, boasting a total of 32 distinct scents in our fragrance base. The earliest creation dates back to the year 2000, while the most recent addition hails from 2022. These unique fragrances were developed in collaboration with esteemed perfumers such as Laurent Bruyere, Olivier Cresp, Sonia Constant, and Puig.
